Need some spare btc for a new PC

I'd suggest you not to use localbitocins to buy/sell btc, there are a lot of scammers there. Depending on where you're from some exchanges might be better than the other. For example, some time ago Kraken had a 40$ fee for countries in Europe that aren't in EU. Go to your local language board and look for an exchange from your country or as close as possible.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

For me I think the better way to change it into fiat is by selling to the exchange like coinbase, which is my most favourite exchanges. For the C2C,the localbtc is good.

Yes. I'm using coins.ph to convert bitcoins into Philippine Peso. Although there is a transaction fee, it is still convenient to use it.

Of course Bitcoin can and is regularly converted into fiat otherwise what would be the point Smiley.  My personal preference is to use localbitcoins to change Bitcoin into fiat mainly because it seems to be the most straight forward way of doing IHMO.  I'm sure there are other ways and platforms that you can also use to convert to fiat.  But always make sure that you do due diligence to safeguard against being scammed.

Yes.

Bitcoin is especially made up for that. Bitcoin is basically a commodity which can be accessed and transacted electronically only. Addition feature of Bitcoin that it can be transacted without any third party interaction, give itself more value.

Bitcoin is globally accepted digital currency which is evaluated in fiat currency. So anyone who have bitcoins, can easy en-cash with fiat currency by exchanging them on your local bitcoin exchanger.

Of course you can through several exchanges but i would suggest not to en cash them when you don't need the funds. Just keep your bitcoin and wait for a much higher price ion the future.

Can Bitcoin be converted to Cash? If yes
How?
Actually, there are lot of ways to convert your bitcoin into fiat or cash. First, you can sell your bitcoin in some trading or exchanger where you could get cash if you sell your bitcoin. In addition to that, you can also convert it in some online wallet like online wallet.

Yes bitcoin can be converted to cash, in the part of the country i come from you actually pay cash into the account  of the  seller. This depend on the amount of bitcoin the buyer wants to buy. Mostly, awareness precede the demand for bitcoin. when interest  have been won, the rate of each bitcoin will then be negotiated, if Bitcoin is going to be bought in high number, the seller may decide to give it at less the  price, just to encourage the buyer and cash will be paid directly into the bank account of the seller, while the bitcoins will be sent into the Bitcoin Wallet of the person that paid cash for it.

Personally, I use a Debit Card that I acquired for Bitcoin called Shift Card, you use it at most stores and ATM’s it is a bit pricey but it offer you the opportunity to garner you cash directly from your Coinbase account.

We all know that bitcoin can be converted to cash and people cash out all the time. Local wallets have seversl ways to cash out yout btcs. Most allow you to transfer btcs to your bank accounts in their cash equivalent. Some even cash out over the counter. There are even cardless atm transactions that you can use directly from your btc wallet

Be sure to check out TenX pay, a credit card you can pay with in your everyday life, but you load it up with bitcoin instead of your normal currency.

It's also a coin that will do well for holders :-)
