CLOUT ICO CLOSED DOWN!!!! Team members quit over spending of funds!

I am officially leaving CLOUT.
CLOUT was a project I was extremely excited about when the idea was first birthed. It provided the exactly what I hoped to provide all of you through this group, a one stop shop for all things crypto.
It is quite literally my passion to share knowledge and empower people. That is why I joined the team. Throughout the course of the project there was amazing progress, and some phenomenal people joined the team. Needless to say, I was Incredibly optimistic about the project and put my heart into it. Coming around ICO time however, deadlines began to get missed and less and less transparency regarding finances began to emerge.
Now, it has been brought to my attention that there may have been wrongful spending of ICO funding. I will not stand for misuse of investors capital, therefore, I am out.
I apologize to this group and everyone who took my recommendation to invest with CLOUT. In hindsight transparency should always be 100%. That is what I always hope to personally put across to this group.
I deeply apologize to everyone who may feel broadsided by this news.

Another scam project, why so many scammers are appearing in this time. This will be the same as UAH pay with its scam developers that has tried to make a fiction story.

But what if that guy was really the master mind of the whole operation and was really the guy spending all the funds on hookers and blow?  Lol. 

I bet anyone 10 bucks in BTC that his identity is fake and he's also not from the US.
