ethminer 0.11.0 - Program stops working error

The minute i launch ethminer 0.11.0 i'm getting ethminer stopped working error.

Windows 10
6 x P106-100
NVIDIA driver 382.53

Whenever i launch i'm getting this error.

I've been able to make it work on another pool.

But is it normal the hashrate jumps around like that?
I'm getting

144 then back to 136 then back to 141 etc etc...
?
