No one did. This ICO was a total scam. A good rule to stick by: if something is too good to be true, chances are it is. Keep this in mind when applying to future bounty campaigns If the funds are in escrow, that is a good sign. This guy never even posted proof of funds. There was no spreadsheet for the signature campaign. It sucks, but it is what it is.

Are you serious? This project is scam, the bounty manager( or the liar) will never reply in his topic any more.  20 days passed and he can not do what he promised in bounty thread so what are you looking for?

But i have to ask this one simple question, why the moderator still keep this thread open is what i understand, the OP already had so much bad rating yet still keeps updating thread has he please, Why havn't the thread short down if they believe it to be scam?

It is supposedly left open because there seem to be he nitwits now in this forum than ever before, perhaps they are now wise? We an elderly person sees while sitting down, a child would not be able to see even he claims a mountain.

Trust is not moderated and the same goes for scams
Moderators will not remove scam topics and will not ban a proven scammer
It is up to participants to judge the project and warn each other and what happened here is unfortunate if of course the OP will scam users which will likely happens

In the project VictoryCoin for more than a month, dripping coins and everything allright. But few days ago tried to withdraw one of coin.
The coin has been reset, but where did it go? There are no settings in the account to see the address of my wallet.

I think it's better if a campaign is transparent. They have a project, we know their personality, so that we can not fall prey to the scam project that eventually our efforts will only be wasted. If each campaign has KYC with their bounty hunters. We should also know who and what their project is. What I just wanted to convey is that the campaigns are also transparent., So that we will no longer fall prey to the same as the "C" Campaign.

This project was big joke and big scam, I was stupid because I join , but in start day say all about trust and it was just "be or not to be"..Nothing else
