Dude you read the topic at all? How high-ranking participants can announce publicly about their participation in the project if they are not allowed to do it by their position?

This is understandable, but I want to see an official response to a letter that was published in the thread.

This is a serious organization with a solid reputation, therefore, they say every word carefully  and still do not give official confirmation. We are currently waiting for permission to publish.

Why bonuses and referral programs are separate for the Chinese? For what services are they such concessions? Do not you infringe on the rights of other investors?

Dear champion, I do not understand what caused your indignation. The Chinese audience is the most numerous and the Chinese market is important for the further development and promotion of our project. Then additional bonuses are given only to the members of the group, this is our choice based on the understanding that it takes time to expand our presence and what we are doing at the moment.

I think this is fair enough. The campaign managers are free
to administer bounties in a way which will benefit the project.

If that means targeting their different markets seperately
I'm ok with that, and i think its normal.

yes there are foundations in place already with ongoing negotiations taking place.

This situation is a clear illustration of the bureaucracy. Director of the Institute firstly was at a foreign conference, now he is conducting a planned re-certification of the scientific staff (810 scientists, more than 50 doctors of science). The only thing that remains for us is to wait for an official response, although in fact we are already cooperating and are jointly developing the project. On Friday, the appraisal will end and on Monday we will provide an official response. At the moment, we are only waiting for permission to publish. We warn at once - there will be no such documents about other scientific organizations. Moreover, we will not even divulge their names.

and I take it that anyone can buy the SCICOM token and therefore avail of the project functions
and obviously the 2 parties Buyer and Seller will have to agree to the SCICOM platform

Yes china is always a big factor and an entity to be considered.
i am thinking that not only is this project relevant to the scientific sector which is mostly thought of as medical related,but also to engineering industries which is a gigantic market.
