40 Euro charge for purchasing Dash on BitPanda?

What gives?

I purchased 965 Euros worth of Dash with BitPanda Euro wallet and, upon arriving in my Dash wallet, value of Dash is 925 Euros.

Can someone explain why or tell me how to reach BitPanda Support team?

This might not be a bug/ something the support can do anything about. Bitcoin panda has pretty high fees due to the fact that they also accept processors in which you can chargeback.

Various websites state that their fee is between 1-5%, depending on the payment processor you used ( i believe?)

Look like fees related to the payment method you used, for the reason the poster above mentioned. You didn't notice it while purchasing maybe.


(Dash price is about 830€, not 925€)

Thank you both. I just found how to open a support ticket with BitPanda. <Bad experience with Coinbase: no responses to any requests for help so we'll see if BitPanda can do any better......>
