anyone ever had the same problem with me?

i accidentally marked mailer@bittrex.com as spam and then i didnt receive any mail from bittrex anymore..

sent them ticket for support already
but they answer not helped my problem

i even cleared all my mail blocked list and add mailer@bittrex.com to my contact already

but that not work

anyone know how to fix this one?

Have you tried doing this? Create a filter in your email box> option and puts e-mails from bittrex in the folder "message received" (or any other)
You know for example:
>if email received from @bittrex.com >then transfer to ABCD folder or
>if email received from @bittrex.com >then transfer to anotheremailyouown @ yeah.com

I don't know if it will work 100% but it may be good to give a try.

sadly not work

created filter on my email box and contact already
separated them from another mail or contact

and tried to relogin from my bittrex
but still no mail notification

still no solution from bittrex support

they just asked me to clear all my blocked contact
but still no work

Hmm, there is something I wonder:

when you label an email as spam it doesn't block receiving an email from the sender, but it moves any email into your spam folder. so you're still supposed to get it (in the spam folder)
Could it be something coming from bittrex mail server itself maybe?

if you have a slack account try to contact them in their channel, because with a support ticket it could be ignored with them :/

edit: tried to log in and received the email, so look like it doesn't come from bittrex

Unfortunately, the Slack invite has to be sent to you by them, there's no automated mechanism yet (they have been saying they will look into one for ages), even I have never received the invite. But you can just keep trying to bug them on Support and on their Social Media, unfortunately the only way these days to get your problem resolved.

What email provider are you using? It's strange that marking as spam blocks it, I don't know any provider that works like this. You've already added to contacts and cleared your spam inbox. Can you try "whitelisting" emails and domains bittrex.com?

OR, use your Bittrex account settings to add a new email? Until problem is resolved?

OK, so if you're using Yahoo then you've already whitelisted with the filters so not much else you can do from there. It is very strange behaviour since I mark things as spam and that's what happens, I get them but they go to my Spam folder. Seems like you've tried everything but here are a few more things you can look at just to confirm:

1. Under Bittrex settings> Notifications: Are you getting the email notifications from logins as ON?
2. Have you tried reaching their support on IRC (chat) at #bittrex on freenode server? Use this: https://webchat.freenode.net/
Assuming you've tried all other channels, just be persistent, an email/query/ticket every few days with same title and customer ID.
3. If all else doesn't work... you can also try Yahoo support itself (not to discourage you but I never got good support from them either).

Yes, I have exactly the same problem, I don't receive anymore their emails since couple of days. I white listed @bittrex.com mails, but still nothing and there is still no reply for my open ticket by their support desk, I don't know if it is a yahoo problem or it happens once you marked something as spam.
I don't get it....I am really pissed off this slow communication with the Bittrex team, I am losing trading oportunites, my assets are locked...for 2Bln per day, they should make a way better support for their customers.
Hope that they will solve this problems soon.

It was solved after 5 days, I don't know what happaned, but now is back to normal again.

i got a reply from outlook/live/hotmail.

they said bittrex broke their policy and won't receive future emails.

I use yahoo and gmail. If I mark as spam it goes into spam folder. It does not stop me receiving email. Could it just be that you have not received any email from bittrex ?
