What was the value of the token in ico? Is the project already developed? If so, could  take out auto insurance using this token IPL?

Token in crowdsale was 0.1$, there's more details on our website https://insurepal.io/.
We start with the pilot project on car insurance later this year, right now ther's focus on business agreements, on previous pages our CFO Max posted some updates in Telegram group.
