How to withdraw from Kraken via BankWire like SWIFT?

I tried withdrawing some Euros from Kraken exchange but it only offers me SEPA and I don't see where to change that. I live in a country that uses EUR but isn't in the Europian Union.
How it looks to me. I don't have much money in there, could that be a problem?

I would suggest you withdraw btc and find a local exchanger to withdraw if your having those issues.
