Yeah i have. Their support is fairly quick but not the fastest possible. Never had problems with them personally and they are one of the most reputable exchanges in my opinion, and i have not heard many complaints compared to other exchanges like yobit for example. Have you had problems with them or were you just wondering?

Two factor authy isn't working for me so I can't log in .  No response from them yet but I did just e-mail them like an hour ago so not a big deal.

I locked my account to avoid hackers to get in. I opened a support ticket and they answered within a day. So in comparison to exchangers like Poloniex and Bittrex they have an ultra fast support

I heard that a few other cryptopia users got an issue with 2fa and got it resolved soon. I never faced an issue with 2fa though. And yes, their support team is pretty quick.

Have you tried syncing the time?
