You should be using reaper, or use these settings:

Thread concurrency 16384
Worksize 256

thanks for your reply.. But i think my cards can only function on 256 and 8192 values respectively.. its giving me a low rate of 838 Kh/s on each card.

What miner?

If you have 7970s, you should be at 100mh/s or more.

its giving me now 53 Mh/s per card... im using CLR gui miner 0.2.3 version... the latest beta is crashing on my pc.
cant able to work the reaper correctly on my miner..

0.2.4 crashes? Haven't tried it myself since reaper works fine here...170mh/s with a single 7970 at 1175mhz.

I have also problem if I start second 2.5 .exe. It crashes then. But we do not need to start second 2.5, cause we can start all card in reaper by writing in reaper.conf:
device 0
device 1
