Yes and No. Tokens we intend to burn after ICO aren't tokens from circulation, so it will not affect the price immediately after the burn occurs.
BUT, this ensures that there will never be more than 12,000,000 RCH tokens in circulation, thus ensuring that price will never go down during to putting more and more tokens in circulation over time. This means that the more people invest in Redchain and use the platform, the price of the token only goes in one direction, that is UP.

No problems! Well, when having an ICO, there is a chance of a hostile takeover by someone who contributes more than all previous contributions. One way to prevent this is to give portion of tokens to the contract creator and that's what many blockchain startups do. We're burning these "creator" tokens after ICO!
