Best Exchange For Small Supply Coin

[Passive Coin]

We are small project called Passive Coin, which is Ethereum based ERC-20 token.

The fixed total supply is 500.000 coins  ...
but the real circulation will be 300 to 350K.

In your opinion, which exchange is best for such small niche project.
We are also not rich, cannot pay excessive listing fees.
Seems exchanges are very greedy nowadays.

Any advice is highly welcome!

Volume is low and exchange is still in "young age" ... but, we found home.
