Any Japanese speakers here?

Video at 頭脳流出に「待った!」大胆戦略:ワールドビジネスサテライト:テレビ東京

I was interviewed on Blueseed, the Bitcoin-friendly jurisdiction (thread) by TV Tokyo before and during the Bitcoin2013 conference and part of that is midway through the piece.

Would be interesting to know what the piece says. In particular:
* any mention of a certain ship that Blueseed would charter?
* what exactly are they saying about Bitcoin?
* what exactly are they saying about Blueseed?

Thanks!

probably not 100% perfect, but i gave it my best shot.
--------------------------------------------------------------

From California's Silicon Valley, the world leader in IT industry.

Amongst the skilled personnel that gather from around the world, those who enter America without a visa receive no support from the country. The Obama Administration is seeking to reform immigration law, to allow skilled migrants to stay in the US, but the ideological divide between the Democrats and the Republicans has made the passing of the bill a difficult task.  In the midst of this, however, on a ship which doesn't need to clear immigration screening, a unique and bold enterprise has emerged.   The ship is anchored 12 nautical miles outside the US territorial waters, allowing those onboard to avoid the issues related to getting a visa.  For an average monthly rent of 150,000 yen (~$1500USD), 1000 enterprising personnel have been accepted into the program.  It has been observed by people interested in creating new businesses, and funds are steadily being collected for development.

Meanwhile, as the Canadian government starts a new initiative supporting permanent residency for entrepreneurs, they are taking a steady stream of the talent that once went to the US.

argh, right.

yeah the text was an overview of the video contents.

The first bit about the Vietnamese girl was just to set the scene (she wants to do a cosmetics business, but can't get a visa)

The blueseed is a planned project to build the ship in international waters and have silicon valley entrepreneurs based out to sea where they don't need a visa.  Still looks like it's in the planning stages, but they're having meetings and there is a lot of interest in the idea.

Canada is actively seeking to entice entrepreneurs into the country with offers of permanent residency.

aaaand of course, they said that bitcoin is gonna be $1k per coin next week, so buy now!  (no, actually, there was absolutely no mention of bitcoin or any virtual currency at all)

The text translation makes perfect sense, thank you.

Any mention of a ship called IsIand Escape?

aaaand of course, they said that bitcoin is gonna be $1k per coin next week, so buy now!  (no, actually, there was absolutely no mention of bitcoin or any virtual currency at all)

What, really? They sent a film crew to film my entire Bitcoin 2013 presentation, and the part where I'm wearing a green shirt is filmed at the conference.
