Just to stay updated, a new logo has been found and we are working on polishing the design a bit. I will update the ANN with the new logo once that part is complete and a new wallet will follow.
nice, looking forward to it! have you change anything else beside the logo and the name with the upcoming lsc update? I will change the required confirmations from 50 to 10 to speed things up a bit. Other than that, no. ok. when will it be ready the update wallet? I am working on 3 different styles of the logo and should have one selected in the next day or two. hi, wallet update almost finish!  |

I have updated the ANN, twitter and Discord with the new logo. The first wallet has been compiled, however, I have found 2 defects that do not affect the wallet, just cosmetic. I will get those fixed as soon as possible. In the mean time, I am testing the wallet for errors and making sure it syncs properly before committing it to Github. |

If I wasn't serious, I wouldn't spend some much time helping a coin I had no invested interest in prior to joining the team. I do not get paid as I am not the original dev with a hefty premine.  |

Wallet is updated and live. Please update to the new wallet, version 2.0 located on first page of ANN. There are two ways you can do it, download and let it sync then copy your wallet file in and restart the wallet. Or, you can just backup your wallet, rename the lindassistercoin folder to luminous(and the conf file) and then run the wallet. The second option is instant and will continue where you left off.

I am holding a contest for the community. We are in need of a face-lift. I would like to get thoughts about a new name with the same ticker LSC. Also, we are in need of a new logo. I will take suggestions until January 7. At that point, I will select the best three and we will vote for our favorites.

The name was voted for with a total of 40 votes. The logo was not as too many people complained in the discord about the way voting goes in other communities. And with only 40 votes for the name change, I didn't feel the logo would fair much better. |

Almost anything's better than Linda's Sister Coin. |

on the Lsc explorer it shows 1798141249 lsc coins! on the debug.. getinfo lsc wallet it shows 1794421492 lsc coins!
Why is there a difference in coin suplly? is it a bug on the explorer?

I am liking the logo. I bought a bunch of LSC when it first hit exchanges months ago, and just been staking em for a few months. Blockchain works well and I didn't notice any bugs in the wallet. Happy to see the POW removed.
