This site is a complete scam. Do not do business with them. They will steal your money and refuse to communicate with you. No verification accept I printed from their site when checking out that they received my funds, and copied the tx received. They are the scum of the crypto and because of people like this, give the industry a bad name. STAY AWAY. I am very fortunate to be an officer of a federal court in the USA and will do my best to get them caught and punished for grand theft. I have their Godaddy registration and IP off their email (likely a VPN), but I will try my best to expose them.

I'm not sure how the banking system in australia works, but can't you try calling your bank and see if you can possibly reverse the transfer?
