Could you give more info on the blockchain technologies behind the NTY coins ? On which blockchain is it based ?

It's based on Ethereum code base but it's an independent cryptocurrency.

Beside that the project is really well prepared seen from the white paper and ANN thread, it has three deciding facrors which are instant transfer, zero fee and price stabilization system, and also peer to peer. Things that cannot be found in other cryptoccurencies if it's succed. It also has dual cryptoccurency confirmation system, an unique system that cannot be found in another crypto. One little question, what will be done if there are some unsold tokens left? Will it be burned or kept for future development? And have you prepare the exchanger to listing this token?

Unsold tokens will be used for interest payment in Lending Program and Smart Staking Program.

Out of the 3 main attributes I like the free transfer fees the best.  After everything that has been going on with rising fees with BTC and ETH.  I do have a question is pNTY the same token as NTY and just has a different way of looking at it.  Does occupy the same space and just group some together and call them pNTY, as if were a roll of Dollars or a roll of coins?

The DCCS (Dual Cryptocurrency Confirmation System) will charge the receiver for an amount of NTY, then hold it for a while before issuing a refund. The more related payments are made the longer holding time is. It even takes maximum 15 - 30 days to release that fee if DCCS determine these payments as intensively continuous

Zero transaction fee sounds good.  hmm so there is actually a transaction fee but the holders of the second type of cryptocurrency will be rewarded with a small amount of cryptocurrency? so its like a refund? I am right or not?

Having zero transfer fees is a wonderful deciding factor in favor of this platform. Honestly, I also love it that you're forcing people to read (or at least go through) the whitepaper. What I don't understand is how, in a no-fee system, you're going to make money to sustain your business...? Nothing in life is really free.
