Sorry but I do not agree with what you have put forward. Not impressed at all with the reasons given for delaying bounty payouts and to top it off certainly not impressed as to what will happen if those bounties will be used in future to pay for legal fees.
If bounties add up to be $50,000 and you want to hold that money just because legal issues might arise in the future in the run up to launch and you might have to spend that money on lawyer fees then it has to be said if all businesses did that then there would be no trust around. Your terms and conditions should have made all that clear with various scenarios and possibilities before people signed up.
This very sad and bad news has seriously dented the trust element of your brand name (Bitmora)
I’m sorry you don’t accept our response. Bounties will be paid. I understand some people will be mad, and that’s both expected and acceptable. The money is not being “held”. It’s actively being spent to ensure we launch successfully and legally. Will it all be spent? Highly doubt it, but we can’t just pay out half and leave the other half dry until after launch, that would upset the half that didn’t get picked to be paid first. I’d like to remind you, participants who have been told this already are okay with it. Our contributors and investors would rather us legally launch and delay the bounty a while longer. We are sorry about this, and will follow up with an announcement when our bounty payout day is coming up. I do encourage people with concerns or anything related to the bounty to PM us. That is where our support agents will be focused towards helping you. We will continue to wait. We have no other option. I very much hope that this will be final and the payments will be paid As per bitmore website it is showing the bitmora exchange going to launch in 5 weeks but i have a questions that when the spreadsheet is going to finalizes already we are waiting from more than a month. Hello, correct our launch is in roughly 5 weeks. The bounty spreadsheet will be finalized by the end of April, and at the point, you'll be able to see what you will be paid out. Payouts will begin after the launch of May 12th. Due to the extended period of time it is taking for payouts to begin, we will be checking with everybody to verify their ETH address has not changed. That process will begin closer to launch. The good news is, I supported your project at bounty, and I'm really glad you're making progress ...I respect people who are serious about their projects and community . I suspect that checking wallets before handing out can delay the bounty payment for a few more weeks

Are you guys doing an ICO to fund Bitmora? No they are not, as mentioned so many times before here. It is illegal for US citizens or passport holders to participate or operate in ICOs unless they are via a regulated and approved company that is registered with the US SEC. Bitmora is a start up that is not registered with any agency that provides protection for them to have an ICO.

I really like the idea that Bitmora is not doing an ICO because it is so difficult to find investments I can participate in, as a U.S. citizen. I am also very happy to see that it will provide passive income. I expect a good future for this project and can't wait to invest.

I like this exchange idea. Does the entire Bitmora community get to vote on new features, or just investors?

It would be really helpful for new, potential investors like myself, to have that marked clearly on the first post since it seems that it keeps getting asked. With that said, I admire the fact that they aren't creating an essentially useless token to hand out to investors. Instead they are actually paying out in profit sharing. That's pretty lucrative.

Interesting project. It appears you have many competitors. What are you doing to differentiate your project and make people come to Bitmora instead?
Hi, so we have a lot of new features that make Bitmora stand out from anyone else. First and foremost is our customer support, no other exchange can say that they provide live phone support to their customers, and guarantee a 12 hour or less ticket response time. Next is our fees, which cater directly to the higher volume traders, upwards of $10,000+, and will essentially cut their fees in half. We're also not going to simply go quiet and halt development upon launch, we plan on releasing new features and listings monthly to make sure Bitmora never stops growing and expanding. Lastly, is we're fully regulated, which means your money is your money, we take great pride in being one of the first exchanges to move forward with SEC registration.

This sounds like it addresses a lot of the issues I've had with current exchanges. Did you consider making this a decentralized exchange while incorporating the same features? Is that unfeasible?
Hi, yes. While at launch we won't have a DEX, it is on our planning board for the future. However, we do not have a timeframe for this other than later in 2018.

When atomic swap is implemented, will that have an impact on Bitmora?
Just like with all other exchanges, if/when Atomic Swap is released, it could have an impact on centralized exchanges. A decentralized version of our exchange having the same features is on the drawing board, which could feature similarities to Atomic Swap technology.

Hi, we do not have an ICO. Instead, we did a public crowdfunding campaign which you can still join on our website. By joining you'll get access to our beta once it's released, as well as monthly payouts as a revenue share agreement.

About a week before we plan on doing payouts, we will be contacting everyone. We will not wait for a response, once the deadline has hit payouts will begin. We will start with people who have updated/said their address was good, and then move on. Just like all other bounties, it is up to the individual themselves to ensure they keep their address updated, however, we will be reaching out as a general courtesy.

Hi, yes! You can go directly to our site and register to get access to suggestion posting and voting, all without putting any contribution in. We actually encourage everyone, whether they wish to contribute or not, to register and partake in our polling system.

Thanks for both of your suggestions on making it more clear, as it does seem we answer this question a lot. While we just upgraded to a full picture designed thread, I'll see what we can do to squeeze it in at the bottom for better clarification.

Have you guys approached any big investors at this point? We are in active talks with a few large investors. Hopefully you guys can come out with some serious funding. Your features, if well implemented, could put you miles ahead of what other exchanges are doing.

Hi, as in actually building one, no. A couple of our developers have built applications on the Blockchain, and have a fair bit of experience in that. As well, our partners at AlphaPoint have developers and engineers who have developed for NYSE, NASDAQ, and some European markets.

Our order books are connected to the order books of both Bitfinex and Bitstamp to bring liquidity in.
