Good brokers for arbitage trading and tool

Hi,

1. which brokers can you recommend for arbitage trading (low fees, fast withdraw and deposit, no minimum transactions etc).
2. Is there a tool for arbitage trading?

Depends what kind of arbitrage. BTC/fiat arbitrage? Not really possible due to restrictions on fiat movement through banks. There are some cross-exchange bots around that rebalance accounts based on arbitrage opportunities but I'm not sure if they work. It's been a couple years since I saw anyone talking about them.

No for example coinbase rate of btc is 10432USD and bitfinex rate is 10632USD.
Then i would buy btc on coinbase, transfer it to bitfinex and sell it at bitfinex for USD.
