I agree it's largely due to cryptopia problems. They did have majority of trade activity prior to their wallet issues, but downtime was so long, there got to be a lot of FUD. Like the people suggesting they were secretly staking our deposits. Which doesn't really make sense, because there were 20 or so coins with major downtime as well, most of them were not POS or masternode coin.

Cryptopia now accounts for 60% trade volume, (It was 30% prior to cryptopia fix) The price could easily double, and still have room to go before returning to pre-cryptopia issues.

Untill this time i have 20393 confirmations.
But good news Cryptopia Support answered to my ticket

- Opened:2/9/2018 9:27:17 AM
- Admin replied: 3/2/2018 5:11:10 AM

Please be advised that this is a bulk response due to the high volumes of tickets received regarding email problems

Thanks for contacting Cryptopia Support and we apologise the delayed response.

We understand that there is an issue that has impacted BWK deposits following a scheduled maintenance. We are still in the process of resolving it.

We do appreciate your patience on the matter and are looking to resolve the matter for all users as soon as we can.

We thank you again for your kind understanding and patience on the matter.

We all are getting Bulk responses - never to be dealt with - i have a ticket for over 3 months old now - got the bulk response afoter a month - then nothing... i would not even bother writing tickets on cryptopia.

Cryptopia has always treated me well, Ive known them guys for quite some time and they are honest hardworking guys, just maybe having a few tech problems. I dont see any mention of the Cryptopia Discord chat here, so will leave a link for those of you who would like to chat with support...  https://discord.gg/uZcUwCN  Good luck everyone!

Sorry to say but you've been living in an illusion if you believe that yourself. A "few tech problems"? You're kidding, right? For the honest and hardworking part, well, i refer you to the numerous stories that say otherwise. On their own forum for instance, which is not much more than a huge collection of people complaining about losing crypto, day in day out. Meanwhile, the effect cryptopia's awesome way of handling their business has had on coins, is visible in this thread aswell as in many others.

I'd rethink my view of cryptopia, if i were you.

Thank you so much to the people who gave the tip on adding a little extra coin to get Cryptopia deposit to go through.  TWENTY FUCKING DAYS.  And I sent it when wallet was listed as ok.  Now if it wasn't for the fact that 400 dollars worth of coins I mined that i was planning on selling is now worth 200 or something...Never again on Craptopia for me.

Yea, surprisingly bulwark has increased slightly over the last few days. Maybe a sign of things turning for the better soon.

Hi all,

I am mining for a few weeks BWK on this pool http://yiimp.poolofd32th.club/site/mining. for the last couple of days or a week i earned about 1.1 or 1.2 BWK each 24 hours. But since yesterday only 0.6 BWK. Why is that?
Also before we had about 100 plus Gh/s hashpower and now only about 13 Gh/s.

Can someone explain it for me?

Masternode owners get the same as the last few weeks, and reward is still on 33.33 BWK, maybe the owner is doing something bad or the pool is to weak and dont get many block resolved.

There was a few cases with another coins that could not be resolved for weeks!
Great job by devs to sort out issue with cryptopia so smooth and fast.

Are you for real? Fast? It took a few weeks. Ask your doctor to change your meds or change the doctor...

I'm really disappointed with the Bulwark price at the moment (19000 sat it is real dump). Was it problems of Cryptopia only? Or it was problems on Bulwark side? Most imortant question - How to avoid the same problems in the future?

The problem is miners like you or me dump the coin before anyone else does and because most of them think same they do it so quickly the price goes down even quicker. That causes miners to decide to move to another coin. Difficulty and hashrate drop so mininers who continue mining BWK mine it easier. So easier to get profit and dump the price further. Nevereding story so I do not believe in recovery. Check Tun, GOA, DSR, DIN, DNR and many more masternode coins. Also masternode owners dmp for the same reason - to ensure they dump before someone else does. HODL does not exist anymore and those who shout it usually dump first.

Late January, there was a hack on Japanese exchange CoinCheck. With trading frozen on their platform, it put additional strain on exchanges.
This hack caused a lot of FUD in the entire crypto space, resulting in a lot of dumping, which created a sort of "snowball effect" effecting one coin after another. This caused even more strain on exchanges, as transaction volumes skyrocketed, increasing wallet issues exponentially, underscoring any FUD that already existed.
The coins dependent on cryptopia markets suffered the greatest.

I think it's a buyers market. This global FUD will kill many shatcoins. The quality projects like Bulwark will get the attention they deserve. The strong will survive.
If you compare 3 month price charts, Bulwark is actually doing well, even up against more popular coin.

We all like to see our investments growing in value, but we also like to get a good deal. When the housing market crashed in 08, those who made out best afterwards, were those who had money to buy houses. They were on sale! And when the market recovered, it was the buyers who came out ahead.

Dump or HODL, a good investor is only as good as his next trade.

I'd have to disagree with you there considering we're all still holding our dev shares of the premine.

We had the issue fixed within 2 days, tested for another few just to make absolutely sure everything was good to go again before we re-opened, and then had all exchanges, pools, and wallets up and running just fine again after that. Cryptopia continued having issues for another 2-3 weeks after the fact with issues that were out of our control.

We released v1.2.2 of the wallet not too long ago. We're also working on a brand new custom built explorer as well as an official mobile wallet.

Sorry, I didn't mean you DEVs but the exchange itself and their problems for weeks. I have nothing against you. This coin made me a lot of money, shoukdn't complain however it is hard to see masternode coin prices drop one after another for reasons I mentioned above. I may be wrong but I think maybe masternode rewards should be lower or they should depend on the current market - automated somehow like mining difficulty. Price goes up and masternode rewards are slightly higher. Price goes down because of a dump - masternode rewards are lower. This would prevent masternode owners from flooding the exchanges with dupmped coins. Just a thought after the last few weeks observation.

At the moment XLR Solaris seems the only stable masternode coin with nearly same price for last two months and potential for growth. Of course I don't know them all but I mined and traded tens of coins and seen many drop a lot. The biggest looser was TUN with a drop from 72$ first week of Jan to 20c last night. This is a serious drop caused by huge masternode rewards.

I cannot confirm this. Works fine for me on 5 separate nodes.
