Recently, I have found these two very interesting projects, which have shared-masternode service and one-click to setup masternode platforms, namely GINcoin and Masternode Foundation (MANO).
I think yoou should ask them for adding BUllwark.

If updating and you receive errors upon opening the wallet OR have issues syncing, please delete everything out of your core folder except wallet.dat, masternodes.conf, and the folder backups, then restart your wallet.

The core files are located in the following: %Appdata%\Bulwark\ on Windows | ~/Library/Application Support/Bulwark/ on Mac |  ~/.bulwark on Linux(edited)
