First thing to do is stop holding if for sure because it will worth less when bitcoin crashes so if i were you i would buy some alt coins with it while bitcoin is still on it's peak. If you can catch some good opportunities like last week's IOTA. You can multiply you money in short time. Just dont hold bitcoin and use it while it worths alot.

Don't do this mistake, it is an old coin and came long back but still it is not worth to invest. you can buy ripple or waves or IOTA will give nice profit in long term.

It's better to hold it for a long term investment. Do the same strategies and techniques to add additional points to it. This .01 btc doesn't finish your journey. As I always say to my friends, "Never stop running even the others already meet the finish line". Meaning we have different journey to achieve, always unlock our boundaries and  explore to the new one.  If you have that amount then make it grow. You can help more other people if you are able to double, multiply that amount.

I would say, you should continue trading. Try buying some cheap undervalued coins. You can try those coins which are being pumped and dumped. It might be a risk worth taking since you already want to get rid of all your coins.
Or try gambling. You never know what might happen.

It seems like he lost a lot of coins and is now "only" left with 0.01 BTC out of whatever he had initially. So I wouldn't recommend trading to him until he took some time off to study indicators etc.

How about....trade? Buy altcoins on dips sell them when price increase exchange them back to bitcoin.
Repeat until you earn whatever your goal is.
Or buy yourself something, i don't know.
