How to convert GRF token into BTC?

I just wanted to know is there any way available to convert my GRF tokens into bitcoins.I got the GRF tokens as the payment of my signature campaign.The bitcoin price keeps increasing everyday so I want to convert my tokens into bitcoins.please help me guys.

What is 'GRF'? Never heard of this token before...anyway a good method is to go here on coinmarketcap: https://coinmarketcap.com/
Than search for the currency or token you have, click on it and then click on 'markets'. This way you'll find a list of exchanges which accept this token. But keep in mind that if it's a new token it may be not accepted on exchanges yet.

If your token is from.signature campaign, make sure the token is listed in any market or exchange.
If you dont know, ask the developer of the project in telegram which exchange it will be listed?
If the token based on ERC20 then maybe the exchange is Etherdelta.
So just sell it first into etherium in etherdelta ( because no bitcoin market there) then send to any exchange like bittrex orr poloniex.
If you want to instant market just sell directly in market and also you sell your etherium in any price puting limit order.
