I am a newbie  for that field.so i want know what is halving?
In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Coindesk made a good article about bitcoin halving sometime a year ago. You should be able to understand it without
any technical knowledge: What is the 'Halving'? A Primer to Bitcoin's Big Mining Change
