What happened:: User Ehrhc / have a taks and promises for $BTC, until not I did check an address by those participant (like not yet a payment by user Erhrc)

I guess Ehrhc not paying a taks, I have checking those address bitcoin staked https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2208320.0;all there's nothing a payment $10  / recently transactions. And currently Ehrhc have a running bounty program prize with 15BTC, a few users have asking about escrow party / a proof Ehrhc have the funds. does it have potential to harm the participants to waste time?
