If you want to help Bitcoin to grow in terms of acceptance, the easiest way is awareness and advertisement, Share news on your social media accounts or if you have friends try to discuss Bitcoin about it's current price or your country's own Government take on Bitcoin. If you want stores to start accepting Bitcoin you can ask them politely on their current type of payments and ask them again.if they are accepting Bitcoin, if not ask them again, if they will add or consider Bitcoin as addition to their current payment types with that they might consider the idea of Bitcoin as a payment type.

I think that education is very important.
We should give lectures about bitcoin in the schools or for media, educate public about bitcoin.

This may be the most difficult thing to do as the price is constantly going up, which isn't good for you when you find out that the Bitcoin you used to buy something are now worth so much more.

It is a good idea, you can wear shirts with bitcoin pictures, you can paint your car with bitcoin images, of course we should not exaggerate

I doubt it will have some effect but maybe it could at least spark some interest for the cashier to search about bitcoin.

It is hard for me to introduce bitcoin tp new acquaintances or strangers.

I am doing mostly talking to those who are close to me, like friends and relatives. I can introduce them to bitcoin or make small talks about bitcoin. I do not shove or force bitcoin to them. If they get interested, I clear some questions for them or explain it more.

well, talking with colleagues, friends and family helps spreading the awarness about this crypto world.
The downside of this is that you always find somebody who doesn't know this world but he's sure this is a bubble and this really gets on my nervs.. i mean, you know nothing about BTC but you are sure this is a bubble.
Stay away from them because they will drag down the discussion to their level of stupidity and will beat you

You know that saying, "Use money to attract money" is applicable here. No matter how you want to look at it, one has to spend to get more people to the awareness of Bitcoin. Like for me, the first time I heard about it was on the radio. I was like what the heck is bitcoin. Then curiosity set in and I went searching on the Internet for more knowledge and that also brought me to this forum. So, I think organizing periodic seminars will help grow awareness for bitcoin.

By what you have said, your concern is the market. Well you have a good intention of actually spreading bitcoin. It can also be informative.

I would agree with this. Sharing it social media like facebook, instagram, twitter and youtube is a good tool to create awareness on social media. Also, a word of month strategy is also good for a person to person way of sharing new ideas. So if you want to educate some store owners in your area, I think it is good to introduce bitcoin to them little by little and how it works.

There is no need to promote use of bitcoin as many people and merchants are already searching for bitcoin and many have started accepting bitcoin in their stores including bigger merchants like steam. Bitcoin is in most of the mainstream media sites + papers so almost every person have heard the name of bitcoin atleast once.

Promoting bitcoin might not give any instant return but in long term it might help you to use your bitcoin in your nearby coffee shop.

One more good thing is to do it with friends. They are the fastest way to spread it. This people will somehow listen and can be the way to spread it more.
I can vouch for it because it happened to me already. Before I dont think they listen to me but now its seems the world changed. A friend talked to a friend who knows about mining bitcoin then when they talked to me again they already knew something.

This mode of publicity is the cheapest one, requires no money to spend. No additional infrastructure is needed. You can start talking or delivering your knowledge about bitcoin to anywhere. You can directly answers questions raised and can satisfy the questioning person. The most important condition in this way is, you must have sound knowledge of bitcoin.

Easiest to do it is online, from your home, using social as the tool to advertise Bitcoin-related stuff. But I know some people who put btc banners and btc posters on the street and it always gets people's attention, but it's not enough with that. I'd rather talk to people directly and tell them about the advantages that Bitcoin offers regarding privacy and anonymity , and how it can become an asset for invesment (kinda like using Word-of-mouth marketing to promote a product).
There are many ways to help promote Bitcoin, but I think for now the media and social networks are doing the work just fine, I mean, they advertise Bitcoin to the public all the time (twitter, facebook, reddit, news headlines, tv news, etc).
