For me, definitely up to a year. The market is changing rapidly. I prefer from a week to 4 months.

From my personal perspective, bitcoin should be really be a long term investment now. It is not what is looks like though in the beginning. It was just for micro-payments structure, however when people saw that you can actually store your wealth in bitcoin wallet, let it rest there for a while and see it grows overtime in becomes one of the best long term investment you can have.

As for short term investment, it is also good as well because you can earn a substantial financial gain in a very short amount of time.
