The Big Bitcoin Crash raising money to start the website up

Hi i am looking to raise money for my new website i'm building its called the The Big Bitcoin Crash

My idea is that you can buy a date and time within the next 5 years the date bitcoin will crash for £1 or £1.50 paid in bitcoins. Wait!! yes i know what your thinking..  but it will be turned into £ euro or $ if or when it does crash the money will be safe. if it doesn't totally crash the biggest drop in price will get all the money

The website will show everyone the date and times when they think it will Crash in chart format in the Next 5 YEARS

The biggest crash in bitcoins on the date and time you picked after 5 years will get 100% of the money accumulated from the total date slots sold. you can buy as many as you like.

2628000 Minutes in 5 years x £1.50 x = £3,942,000   just from just £1.50 well minus bitcoin transaction fee to send the payment to the site

But just like 1 million pixels website. it made a million in a short period of time.


Disclaimer *************  i dont want bitcoins Ever to crash but i bet there are people out there that think it will and would pay 1.50 to win over 3 million and that they were right. Also some people missed buying bitcoin from it being banned in their country and also wish they bought bitcoins when they were just pence not thousands of pounds now 


Stage 1....Start a Twitter and Facebook for people to join
Stage 2....Start building the website
Stage 3....Choose a start time to launch the website
Stage 4.....Open to buying
Stage 5.....Seek investors to advertise on the site making revenue to fund the site maintenance of the site

So basically you pick any minute in the coming 5 years and the minute that has the lowest price gets all the money?

I like the idea, but I would say not to start too early. Preferably, you want all slots filled before the time slot starts. So it should really be atleast a month or 2 from now.

I assume by time you mean "reach the value of 0.00 in <fiat currency>"? Which service are you going to use to measure that, and what if they go down before?

its measured on any trading site so i can work with them to have real time information on the bitcoins every minute of every day from start to finish

For it to "totally crash" is very vague and subjective criteria.  It would leave you as the one to decide when BTC "totally crashed".

People might be a lot more comfortable using the site if you said "the date on which the Bitcoin price fell by the most" and you clarified exactly where your pricing data is from so that you couldn't possibly manipulate it.

But just like 1 million pixels website. it made a million in a short period of time.

That was an original idea to Internet users and it took off surprisingly well.  I wouldn't assume that you will do so well.  Good luck though.

This is a neat idea, although we all dont want this to happen! You could also integrate some stops inbetween, maybe dates like 31.12.2018, 31.12.2019 and people could bet on the opposit, like how high will bitcoin be at this dates in value. Would maybe drive more people to join if there is the chance to win some amount of money at this time (besides of the main purpose of the website). Badly formulated, but I hope you get what I mean. the date on which the Bitcoin price fell by the most... people call it a crash. i've see bitcoin crash written on so many sites now... but i see where you are coming from. the site is in building stage so nothing is set to stone yet. thank you for your comments and great ideas they might be included in the final website
