I have heard that if lose the password of blockchain.info and we do not have any other thing but only identifier and the email address access from which we have signed up that then we will lose all our BTC. I want to know that is that info correct? Is it true that we will lose our BTC  forever?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Just a correction, Your bitcoins won't be lost, it won't go anywhere unless someone moves them. You will just no longer have any access to your bitcoins if your password and/or backup phrase are lost. Email address and wallet identifier won't also help as blockchain.info have no access to your wallet. To prevent this you have to keep your backup phrase in a safe place because even if you lost your password you can access your coins through it.

Even if you do have the identifier and email you cant really access that account still since you would really need that phrase for you in able to get in.I have tried this kind of situation which i have forgotten my password and do click that lost password but the main thing needed or have been asked is the phrase. If you don't have that thing then consider that it is lost because emailing on blockchains support is just useless. They don't answer in my case,i don't know whats the experience of others.

From what I know, How blockchain.info wallet works :

1. When you create your web wallet with them, your wallet is created on your browser which will than be encrypted with password of your choice and will be stored in blockchain.info server so they will never know your password.

2. Than they will just link your email, wallet identifier with file path to your encrypted wallet file.

3. When you enter your wallet identifier + password they will first send email to confirm your access than after that site will pick up file from their server linked to that identifier and will try to decrypt it with password you have provided on browser side. And if it can decrypt it than you can see your wallet.

As they don't store your password in their server and neither your wallet seed you should keep it safe when you first create and should provide later on to access your wallet. Blockchain.info claims they don't store unencrypted wallet file but we can't know whether it is true or not as their wallet is not open source.

Bitcoin will not be lost from the addresses where you have received it, it will just be inaccessible.

I'm not aware of any way to recover the account with nothing but the identifier and email address. In theory, there should be no way, because Blockchain.info supposedly doesn't have access to private keys. They shouldn't be able to decrypt the wallet file.

With the legacy Blockchain.info wallet (pre-2017), there is no way to recover the BTC. But they did add HD wallet functionality somewhat recently, which was a big improvement. Now, if you create a new wallet, it is derived from a 12-word seed that can be used to recover the wallet. You can write down the seed and store it in a safe place in case you ever lose access via Blockchain.info. To access your recovery seed, go to: Settings > Security > Wallet recovery phrase > Backup phrase.
