do you guys know coins which act like neo? neo generates gas without staking or holding wallet open.

there is ark but there you have to vote for delegates.

I have a few NEO and earned my first little bit of GAS but unfortunately I bought on the high and am down 48% on my investment. I do hope NEO grows again but there are other good coins that give revenues and dividends too, so I hope the loss I am facing with NEO will even out with other better performing coins. I still believe NEO value may grow over time as the coinmarketcap for altcoins grows.

i found out that KuCoin Shares does something same like neo.....its an exchange and for holding KUCS on their exchange u will get rewards from the listed coins on that exchange daily.

For Waves you need to hold it in your wallet and run a node, you don't need to run a node with NEO tokens,  I can't say much about NEM project

Which return do you mean? NEM's all 9 billion coins released at launch. So NEM isn't a POS but a POI Coin, i.e. POI is the consensus algorithm used in NEM to determine who will calculate the next block.

You need to vote for a delegate before you get "dividends".  Frequency of pay depends on delegate's proposal.  Mine pay weekly.

neo requires no specific amount of coins for claiming free gas without running anything (like e.g. masternode/pc) i dont know that much about nem, but i guess u need at least a certain amount of "harvesting" nem...

The other good ting about waves is that if you hold a waves wallet then you will receive a few random airdrops. Although most are sh*tcoins you might get something useful now and then. You can also lease your waves and earn some free waves that way, but much but better than nothing.

Neo still have most simple way to stake, you receive your dividend with GAS (current price 20$) and you dont need to have your computer open connected on internet, just put in your wallet Neon (which can be closed) and 1 NEO will generate in his live 1 GAS.
