Built a new rig using Prime H270-Plus/CSM Bios 0808, Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC Rev 2 QTY 4, 8gb DDR4, Corsair RM1000x

Under Windows 10 Fall Update/NVIDIA 388.43 11/30/2017, its not stable using NemosMiner, Sniffdogminer, MegaMiner.
ccminer will crash for alexis and alexishsr often.  System will FREEZE every hour or so and have to powercycle
System will sometimes reboot with 0x0000116 bugcheck
Using MSI Afterburner to set all cards to 0 overclock, 70-100 power limit (tried all)

I love the AutoSwitcher, but I boot the same rig into SimpleMining OS and overclock core 50, memory 500, power 90 and its stable as can be mining claymore-eth-v10.0 forever.....
GPU temps 50 46 56 57 ℃
GPU FAN 50 50 50 50
ETH mining at 110MH/s

Any thoughts?

FARM #1 : 60 GPUs spread across 6 rigs (1080ti/1080/1070ti/1070)
FARM #2 : 72 GPUs spread across 12 rigs (1070ti x 6)
FARM #3 : 16 GPUs spread across 4 rigs (1080ti x 4)

0. remove all cards but leave one in PCI-ex slot
1. update to the last bios
2. load defaults, save, reset
3. turn everywhere in bios settings for your PCI-E GEN to GEN2 ( sometimes 1 is ok)
4. shut all unused ports usb, serial, sata, sound
5. install and load windows 10 with 1 card, install all updates
6. load and install drivers for chipset and gpu
7. shutdown
8 install the rest cards, turn on, go to bios - turn on 4g decoding
9. save, reset, load windows, install drivers
