$13000 prediction remains to be seen but it can be achieve if bitcoin will encounter no corrections in the remaining days of 2017. the launching of bitcoin futures by CBOE and CME following THEIR approval will also boost the bitcoin price. If the launching is successful, there might be another surge of bitcoin price and it might reach the $13k level this year.

Any possibilities for a 13k run since there is a new fork in BTC ?

I don't think so, it's already below 12k again.

It may be below $12,000 again but $13,000 is near so why not speculate that possibility? Others are even speculating more than that price and even exaggerated and this one is a very close to reality price of bitcoin. I'd rather believe on this guess soon rather than those hundreds of thousands for just speculating while we are not getting near to that expected price.

You can say that again, they are speculating so much with a more predicted value, I really think we can sure make it that far but for now we should stick to the possible and sure price we can land on for now, and a calculation of $15,000 to $16,000 at the end of this year, I really think we are heading in a correction for now then bitcoin will st foot to a new Bullish track.

$15,000 - $16,000 at the end of the year is something that I'm doubting today. We did head a correction last few times and bitcoin is sticking to it's current value of $11,000 once it reached $12,000 and managed to surpassed quick at $13,000. It will lead to another correction and at the end of the year it may be possible that we can be at $13,000 or $14,000 but still if it will be good at $16,000 that's much better.

The truth is that it´s growing fast but I do not know if it's going to stay the same after the fork,maybe there are chances that the price can return to $10K levels or so,or maybe what you say may also happen  and on some point the price can reach those record high figures.

It is really growing fast and take note that the price now is $12,400 so this $13,000 prediction is just near. Why people are keep on talking about the correction that it can go back at $10,000 cheer up people, we must focus on our goals in a positive way in bitcoin. Price are varying from time to time and we are near to what we've been expecting next year that price will become $20,000 on the Q1 of 2018.

It already crossed $12,500 now. It's really amazing and there's no stopping at this rate of buying and demand on bitcoin. Before the end of the week $13K will be breach. Demand is high because of all the financial institution recognizing it and offering future contracts. One(CBOE) is  set for Dec 11 and the other is Dec 18 (CME). So I'm assume before that time, bitcoin will continue to grow and then we will see how the market will reacts. I hope it's still on the positive.

And as far as I'm concern, I haven't heard anything negatives yet, that will pull the price of bitcoin. All the FUD's are quite and somewhat didn't know what hit them, its either they join the boat of remain in the closet for the long time and wait till the price sink and create another FUD. I will close the former though, no point of going against bitcoin now. Its gaining acceptance and popularity even to financial institutions who are attacking bitcoin in the beginning.

That's crazy thing to happen with bitcoin. Although $13k is far from it price today, but I believe there is a possibilities to reach since the trend of bitcoin is growing.
Hardfork implementation with bitcoin is really get some worries to the community because it really affect its price in the market. Not only for bitcoin alone but it will affect the entire crypto community. There is a rumors that there will be a hardfork within this month and early next year.

Bitcoin will hit $13k soon or anytime the market is fluctuating daily. As people continues to reach bitcoin by buying in we will seeing $13k or more. So, I have a feeling anytime the price will hit big any moment.

There is a very big possibility that we will see bitcoin hit $13,000 this year but if not maybe at the very first week of January 2018. Price starting to be close to $12,000 now and that will be a $1,000 difference for what you are expecting OP.

I believe we can achieve that difference of $1k by the begiNing of second quarter of 2018 if we look at the price price of last three years where bitcoin usually have some sort of major pump in the value after the first quarter of the year or the end of second quarter.

WE are just talking about $13,000 and the fact that we have hit $15,000 this day is something extra ordinary and the increase for just a couple of weeks is really quick. $3,000 increase is not normal, I'm quite worried though I'm also happy for seeing the price hit more than $13,000 as we are expecting.

Fork is just one of the factors but it is not the main factor now. Almost everyone is on a frantic race to accumulate the BTC they need for investment, some stores and markets are accepting BTC as a payment, merchants are accepting it, some countries are regulating it, millionaires that have a real state are offering that they will sell their properties if someone will pay it using BTC, thats demand. ( I just heard that Nvidia will take role too)

Let's go to the ride in the waves, we all know that the BTC price is high and because it is on a high demand, everyone, millionaires, billionaires casual and full time traders are riding the waves of the price, but they can't slow it down for now (the traders) because of the high demand (But there is still a factor that billionaires are buying BTC right now that's why the leap of prices is so big. For example Bill gates and Elon bough a 1 Billion $ BTC. There is a lot of change.

But TBH and IMO, BTC price is still undervalued, this world has a very large supply, let alone the billionaires can buy all of its supply (as for the current price). They are saying it's a bubble? no its the air compressor, the technology is the force, even if BTC goes down for half its price before december, the price is still expensive. And people are asking now what the heck is BTC, and "teach me how to BTC". While when it was below 500$ they doesn't give a shit about this. We've heard a lot enough from them, and they even pushing us to our mettle, now let's see if the dollars can still keep up. (My bet is that he will surpassed the $$$ in 2018)

Bitcoin have already surpassed by far that 13k bar and is currently valued of 15.7k dollars per coin . It's been an amazing career and it's the first currency in the world to be able to make a growth average of more than 1000 dollars per day for consecutive 3 days . It's truly a revolution in the economical world and this have also contributed into the wide publicity and public awareness that have been made to the people to get on the boat of the  bitcoin holders .

Apart from the fact that it's an investment and a very easy/reliable payment method , it provided lots of job opportunities for internet literates and just made their life more colorful , and they turned from consuming individuals into people that produce something for their community , environment and especially their families as it is one of the most rewarding coins to be payed in .

Such a privilege to people must be taken advantage of especially that it's on the rise and all the charts are green for now , and i really think that bitcoin will break more records through the next weeks or days , why not 20k before the end of 2017 ?! Because that is completely doable .

Already did as it was expected and somehow close to reality.

What's next? I don't know but we can see some good chances that it may hit $20,000 although don't expect much as it was only a product of speculation. If that happened then good, if won't, I dount. Don't know when this hard pump will stopped since it don't have a reason to stop at all due to continous entry of new investors including big companies.

Right now just enjoy the ride and see what you can do to take advantage on this.

Yeah we just need to prepare for the next happening in bitcoin. 1st we just need to reserved some funds becuase if bitcoin dump then we can buy to increase are butcoin holdings. Then prepare to sell if bitcoin will still go up and just sell half of your butcoin if it's nessecary. All i can in butcoin is what bill gates said that bitcoin is unstoppable no one can even stop bitcoin because bitcoin is much more popular and have now a huge and big community that prooving it and helping bitcoin to schieved it's goals

Bitcoin will only rise in price. I do not believe that he could ever fall. Bitcoin is the only alternative to the dollar which exists at the moment. People have long searched for a currency.
