Electrum VTC - not responding

Hi,

I use windows 10 and I have version  2.9.3.3 of Electrum-VTC.

When I open it, I enter my password, I click ok...and then nothing happen, it looks like its working but I see this message on top of the window: Electrum VTC - setup wizard (not responding)

It has always done this for 2-3 minutes when I opened it before but now it has been maybe one hour and nothing is happening. (I haven't use it for 3 weeks maybe)

I tried to delete the blockchain_headers file, I tried to reinstall the program but it didn't solve my problem...

Anyone can help please?

So after I reinstalled the program it took 20 minutes and now it back...yeeeh!
