Is it possible to have a downloadable qt wallet where it is the same but the text where it says "bitcoin-wallet" is different?

Encrypt the wallet backup (not within bitcoin-qt but with another encryption tool) with a strong password and your backups will be safer. The bitcoin-qt wallet encryption is designed only to encrypt the private keys.

This is not about back ups or anything. It is more a question of repackaging the wallet with different text only. 100% the same just need it to be called different and be that way from download for user.

You need to change name  etc in source code and build binary again.
