just bought altcoin. for now, it's been an awful lot of altcoin that generates a lot of profit. so from that, I think altcoin has much greater results than bitcoin.

Hope for short term you can prefer any altcoin but do thorough research before investing in to it. For long term, bitcoin is the best and sefest of all cryptocurrency. Just take some 20% of your bitcoin money and invest in any altcoin and see the growth, if that succeeded then invest another part.

I have two opinion about this. one is, you can hold bitcoin and it will be good but if you buy alt coin that will be very good. Because now a days alt coins are increasing superbly so if you buy alt coins then you will get hug profit from them. So my recommendation is you can buy alt coins. and it will be better than bitcoin hold i think.

I'm a long-term holder, so I keep my alts nevertheless. Each market has its cycles so I'm pretty confident with my investments.

I can definitely see more growth for altcoins than for bitcoin. BTC has had awesome 2017, it still can go up to 40K even but it will be 2x at most. Alts can go 10x-50x in valuation. Ultimately you can always transform your alts into bitcoin, so that's why I think holding alts is good approach.

I'm with you. Diversification is something that will help you in terms of investing wherein you dont have a full control over the companies operations. Go put some of your money is BTC and some put on new coins that had very promising value and very valuable project.

It's depend actually, if bitcoin will go down soon, go sell your bitcoins and buy a good altcoins like ethereum and bitcoin cash. Usually this 2 coins always go up when bitcoin go down. If bitcoin go up, then sell your altcoins and buy bitcoins. it's simple right.

Of course it's better when you allocate your capital to a few coins. Ask anyone on this forum how many coins his portfolio consists of. He will immediately give you a minimum of 5 coins. Because the more coins, the less your risk to burn out in the market and to melt all the savings.
