If I can advise you, I would say to not focus on the current price, the most important is the potential. I have some value in mind that are now at 10 or 15$ but I strongly believe they can go very hight.
If you think to big values like ETH or BTC, it was interesting to buy when they were 10, 50 or even 100$.

Thats true,I always say that Potential and Market demand is a good opportunity to predict price of future altcoins.lets take for example ethereum,The demand for ETH is a very big,Thats why price is rising now,People use it in their projects,Create smart contracts and other...We need to  make observations based on this situation.People may say that history is not absolute determinant of future,But in this situation,in Crypto world its partly determinant and we can learn a lot from past.I think this is a way to not waste opportunities.

I dont agree on such investments. Atleast invest in a coin worth 10$ so that if it goes down then even it has some worth. If 1$ coin goes down then it goes im pennies.

Cardano is on Bittrex and Binance. Unfortunately, if you don't already have a Bittrex account, they temporarily disabled creating new accounts.
