Kis gunlerinin aranilan yemegi  KURU FASULYE ,pirinc pilavi,  komposto.               

Malzeme :
 500 gr kuru fasulye
200 gr dana veya kuzu eti
bir adet orta boy sogan
bir dis sarmisak
bir adet buyukce domatesin puresi
bir kasik biber salcasi
  tuz
karabiber
sivi yag
Yapilisi bir gun once islanmis fasulyeyi yarim pisirelim,baska bir tencerede dana etini haslayalim. et ve fasulye piserken biz sogani sarmisagi soyup ince dorayalim zor geliyorsa rendeleyelim. domatesimizi pure yapalim, butun malzemelerimiz elimizin altinda hazir olduguna gore  ayri bir tencerede biraz sivi yagda kusbasi dogranmis  ve haslanmis etlerimizi{ tencere sicak olsun } soan ve sarmisakla birlikte bir az karistirdiktan sonra domates puresini ilave edelim biraz biraz karistirip biber salcasini verelim,illa biber salcasi olmak zorunda degil yoksa donates salcasi da kullanabilirsiniz,malzemin hepsi karisinca biraz sicak su ilave edelim, kaynamaya baslayinca daha once hasayip suzdugumuz fasulyeyi  katalim ve yemegi kisik ateste pisirelim. suyu cok fazla olmasin kivamini tuturmak icin suyu azaldikca verelim aman ha soguk su vermeyin yemegi devamli kqnrol edelim .yemegi ocaktan almamiza yakin baharatlarini katalim,altini kapatalim
