Germany recognized Bitcoin as a private money (which goes in the opposite direction some user predicted)

Does the bitcoin price generally go up on increasing mining difficulty?  Huh

If yes, then I'm guessing the only way for bitcoin is up unless some political moves made by the government or banks blocks its way.

The recent drop to 60-70 is when you should have bought. You can buy now too, even if it goes down again, it will be back up.

Hi,

It is generally thought that it is the other way round. A higher BTC price leads to higher hashrate.

Hashrate (difficulty) would drop if price stays at unprofitable levels and the expectations on future valuation are lowered. Not that we are anywhere near that yet because the new asics keep getting more power efficient.

It is always time to buy, the value of bitcoin will surely go up.

Depends how much % of your total wealth invested in BTC.
Btw I heard that you can expect some major rise in BTC value over next couple of weeks. Real weeks, not BFL weeks  Grin

If the price of BTC will go to 0, you will be probably not able to spend your BTC, so effectively bankrupt

Go bankrupt because your btc is worth nothing.
That's imposible, unless everything you own is in bitcoin.
