Mining in Nicehash whit 1060, recommendation OC to core or vram??

Hi everybody, I have a Gtx 1060 6GB mining in nicehash I have to questions?

With nicehash is importan make oc to the core?? or to the memory??

Actually I have oc 2114mhz core with and 8200mhz vram...

I would like to know if I have being wasted watts or temperature doing oc? maybe one of this two are not very important make oc...

If I have to increase vram fequency, i can do more...
