Hello I am new to all of this. When should one buy before the price starts to rise ? And when should one sell, is it one that will jump in price and then drop quickly ? How can one know ?
ICO is start up that could multiples your investment many times . All you have to do is deposit in and buy their tokens , use them for lending and earn profit from that .

They are automatically lended and give you profit ?
When is it no longer ICO, if I buy tokens (coins?) from them one year from now it is no longer considered ICO?
It’s like funding a startup except that here they use blockchain technology and they will also obviously have their own currency? The tokens we buy now are these the currency of that project or they use the money from the tokens to make these later ?
This is MLM coin, you only can get these coin from lending, you can't get it from mining like the blockchain system. Only from lending or buying from the market.

How much % of your bankroll would you invest in it ?

When can one expect to cash a return ? How much would that return be ? How much if it goes really well ? How much if it goes slightly less than expected ?

In other words, what is reasonably expected with this ?

So I checked the site and their whitepaper. I don't understand why people are speaking so positively ?!
It's my first time checking out an ICO and I do not really know what I should be looking for. Can anyone tell me why this ICO is good ?

Have ever you check about Bitconnect and Hextra ? It's nothing from their whitepaper too. But how about now ? They are a super altcoin at this moment. You actually can't telly anything when you only look at the white paper.
