"Unfortunely servers and bandwidth isn't free so we need to charge for the service, however, we decided to use BitCoins instead of real money, ฿0.0739 to be exact."
"instead of real money"?
Are they saying fiat is real money?
Point is, if a company charges fiat money they are required by tax laws to have names and locations of their customers (or transaction id for the actual payment if it's done with paypal which can always be traced back to the buyer).
If a compnay use BTC it's up to them to convert it to their currency and they will have to report the taxes as conversion/currency profit or loss, not prove that they have XY customers that have paid ZZ.
If the wording is wrong and you have any suggestions I'm all ears. We are techs, not designers or copywrites
Edit: spelling
Edit 2: Updated 'wording' on BTC vs Fiat.
