Continuum Pool - how do I know I set this up right?

Hey for anyone in continuum pool - how do I know I got it setup right?  I get lots of

host:port date timestamp ?hash?, accepted

messages (and the odd one that says invalid or stale, and the odd one about connections being forceably closed or some other issue w/ connection).  Does that mean its accepting my stuff properly? Does it matter that I have multiple workers running at same time w/ same username?
