As in the previous announcement, the VCX purchase window was automatically closed. The pre-order window will be opened, giving the investors the chance to pre-order VCX for the crowdsale: 1 VCX = $0.85
The pre-sale session will start at 00:00 AM and end at 02:00 AM December 04th, 2017 (UTC-07:00)
