You may sell it on many exchanges, also there is thread on here so you can sell it on forum but if you try to sell here i strictly recommend you to use an escrow for your safety Smiley

It's called cashing out Bitcoins and there are multiple ways to do so.

First of all is direct spending Bitcoins for the goods and services and hence you don't have to use your debit/credit card for the purchases so practically you will be cashing out your Bitcoins.

Another one is selling, you can sell your Bitcoins to anyone who is willing to pay you fiat currency for the same. I use Localbitcoins to cash out my Bitcoins due to the multiple advantages of that platform.

You could probably send it to a wallet that allows you to convert it to dollars and then cash it out, we have coins.ph here in the philippines which allows us to just convert it instantly and even send it directly to our bank accounts.

How do you withdraw money from Bitcoin?

I sell my bitcoin and receive payments in my native fiat currency. Sites like localbitcoins is a good place to buy and sell your bitcoins, it's very easy to use when you want to sell your coins.

You can convert it to cash by selling it through the exchange available in your country. It is not a big issue but there will be a fee for it.

How do you withdraw money from Bitcoin?

I guess that with the word 'withdraw' you mean to convert Bitcoin into fiat currency and get it into your bank account, right?
If so, you need to use proper platforms called exchanges. Or you can arrange a deal with some user here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

I got some local buy nd sell group, calling when u need to buy or sell.
Will suggest some P2P buy nd sell platform like Remitano, choose which country u from nd make some call.

I prefer deal with market directly by instant transfer nd it is better if we can meet each other deal more by cash. hehe

You can sell them to people in your country who need it more easily. If your country is on the coinbase list, you can sell it here. If you want to convert $, then many people in this forum can buy them and pay you through paypal or any payment methods you have.

I never sell a large amount of bitcoins just take profits little by little so most of the time I just find a person from my country who wants to buy a small amount of it and wants to pay for it in cash.
