If you buy your wife a handbag for christmas and that costs $500, you could instead have $50,000 in about two years.  Do you how that damn handbag will look in two years?  It will be old and wrinkly just like her face.

All you have to do to save $49,500, is stay strong and durable on Christmas morning while explaining why you didn't buy a present.  Alright, she is definitely going to be pissed.  But how bad could it be?  Maybe it will last a week.  It is still worth $49,500.

Don't buy any fucking christmas presents!!!

Your lousy wife was probably going to leave you anyway.  Might as well just speed things up while making a fortune.  Then, get a new wife.  A better one.

Wow! this is   a very nice idea especially for greedy husband. Money is not everything in life. It is not advisable to invest at the detriment of your relationship.

It might be a good idea to just buy both. I did think about paper wallets for people for Christmas but I'm sure they would prefer the fiat instead.

lol my fine friend.  You need to be reminded 'pussy is not everything'.  Especially so when the original post contemplates a full upgrade.  'detriment of your relationship' is the questionable part of your argument.  If your bitch loves $500 handbags more than $49,500 then she clearly needs to refocus.  Could be that the 'detriment' in that relationship needs to be replaced.

Well, what's the most expensive? A $500 bag or a divorce?
This is why so many guys are running around with a wife they don't even like any more.  Only because divorce is expensive do they stay together.  What a lifelong misery.

I think this will only work for some married couple that did not work out, though I have a perfect and understanding woman that understand that consequence so we decided not to make any purchase using our bitcoin. We have other way to earn fiat and that is the one we will be using to spend our Christmas and buy each other a gift.

From your post I can say that you have been in a rough relationship, well, Have a nice Christmas.

I do not have a wife but I can understand why it must be done. And I think it will not be only $50K in the future but way more than that. You can deduct fiat on you're bank account if you want to give some presents but never ever sell your bitcoin because it will be worth a million times in the future in which you will be regretting for you're whole life, unless you really need it though.

Why the gifts are not paper wallets and then you can get a lot of money in the future if the price rises?

OK, it is good idea will tell my GF about your post and let see what she say;.
you must give Christmas Presents even small pencil will be great.
Gifts are not required to be expensive, the psychological impact of these gifts will be more wonderful than gifts.
thanks for sharting and marry Christmas

I partially agree with you. A piece of paper with a QR loaded with some fractions of btc would be a nice present indeed. Off the scheme.
In terms of getting a new wife, after you are bloody rich, I am sure that the new wife will be a big bitch after the fiat, and won’t last long. Surely less than the bitcoin bubble.

All you said is reasonable. If we are speaking about ordinary people, If you are not a millionare and your wife needs handbag for $500 then you would better find another wife and keep the money for your future. Anyway handbag for $500 is such useless item compare to others you can buy for that money

Funny post.

Great logic though.

What about giving paper wallets with some BTC, or ETH, or any other altcoin??

That could be a nice present...

I'm thinking about it for Christmas presents.
One friend of mine gave in a wedding around 10ETH about a year ago!
Very nice wedding present considering the ETH boost this year. Wondering if the couple keep it or already cached out...
(or even if they know what the have :p)

I would still buy Christmas presents for everyone. You can’t put a price tag on the smile on everyone’s face. I believe in good karma. Don’t be a Grinch.

Lol Christmas presents is not about money or about how much money you will drop in your pocket just to make your wife happy. We celebrate christmas only once a year so how can you say that sir? Happiness is more important in this event than thinking about saving all your money.

WTF?  How many Karma points to buy 1 bitcoin?  You can keep your karma, I am buying bitcoin.  No fucking smiling christmas at my house.

Christmas is a scam so Gucci can sell more handbags that are unneeded and prevent you from having as much Bitcoin as you should have.  I think this will be easier for you to understand in 10 years when that handbag would have been worth $4million dollars.

I couldn't agree more. Spending money on things that depreciates is not a very wise idea. We just have to be witty enough on our decisions when it comes to money handling. I'm sure your wife will be happier if you give her a new house or car in the next 2 years than a hand bag now.

May I add that you should sell all Christmas presents you get and buy BTC.. They will be pissed, maybe for a week..
Actually.. you will have no friends left Grin but is it worth the fortune you'll make?
