As far as I get it from their chairman's pubs in some papers, SEC is ready to get their hands on ICOs and the process is ready, but noone still registered their tokens there. So betex actually may be the first I guess

It is also scalable and extendable out of the box, and extensions to other white label solution users can be provided without changes to smart contract and reimplementing it.
