Dude, I answered.

It is incorrect according to an official source. Try again. It was in 2011.

bitcoincharts.com charts are incorrect?  Whatever, count me out.

February 9, 2011 ~   Bitcoin reached parity with the US dollar, touching $1 per BTC at MtGox.

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/History

Your question wasn't "when did it reach $1 for the first time"

Good point.. I will specify next time.

Taking a break.. BRB

top performing as far as(*dollar price ,volume, percentage gain?) could be more specific?

i'll guess ASICMINER-PT by dollar value

edit ASICMINER-PT could drop 4 dollars and still be 9 cents better than the next so the site should show percntge gain to acknowledge true top performance...just my 2 cents

It was actually my fault for not specifying. I use: https://www.tradingview.com/e/u4jxKre3/
I wonder why they are both different. TradingView is the leader for all major stocks like Google, etc.. and now Bitcoin.
