You need to find a campaign and stick to it. I allowed you to join Windice campaign and see you applying for all other campaigns that pop up if they pay a micro amount more. I understand that you may be using this forum for your income source but pissing off every manager out there is going to hurt you in the longrun. Join a campaign and support it til its over is my advice.

Higher ranks are applying here because the payment in this campaign for Member rank is much higher (even higher than the payment of Sr. Member rank in other campaigns). Calling them alts is not correct.
Anyways I like Yahoo for selecting the rank for which position is opened.

I appreciated such approach of manager.
The point is higher rank users, from Full Member and above, especially Senior Member and above, have higher chances to join campaigns.
There are more campaigns allow Full Member and above rather than Member and above, especially campaigns that have payment gate in bitcoin.
So, those higher rank users should not over-take chances of lower rank users, in my opinion.

Taking into account today's bitcoin exchange rate in this campaig user with Member rank can earn more than Sr. Member in most other campaigns (without taking into account the extra merit bonus). That's why there are so many candidates for every available spot. But I do also agree that selecting opened rank is fair bahavior (otherway in this campaign Member rank members wouldn't have any chances for member possition probably as well as Full Members ).

The best thing to describe the situation is" There are many eyes whose watching every Best Campaign Manager across the forum, they are indeed waiting for opportunities and waiting to be part of it."

So there is no sense on wasting time on lazy people who can't read the subject and the rules of the campaign. They're just making themselves unacceptable, no need to feel sorry for them, it's their own fault for being such a fool.

No, they are not necessarily fool but they are trying their luck which sometimes work for them. I have seen some campaign thread where some users applied prior to CM announcement of open slots and they were picked immediately and what you see in update is "we are full again now"  

Remember sometimes, a CM could be busy. Either having an opportunity to catch up with the girlfriend or busy with the wife... and they might want to update spreadsheet so that they get to work while he goes offline

Then you are not concerned about this campaign manager, he has never considered any of the application posted before his announcement. Here is the reason for which I appreciate him. Why people will consider post before announcing a open slot?

Sometimes it makes me wonder too the capacity of some legendary members to read and comprehend. Again he is in a running campaign and want to switch. I hope his manager does not kick him out for this.

He is not in chipmixer. You can check the spreadsheet and see that. He just applied, so there will be no kicking him out of a campaign he's not in.
