Where is the download for the libraries?  So far, I have not seen the download. I may create a test program for myself. Also, is there a website, or a place with documentation? It is there, but I am too lazy to find it myself.

Hmm, too lazy to type "bitcoinj" into Google and click the first link? That's not a good start There is documentation on the website, that also tells you how to set up Maven or your IDE to use the library.

We no longer offer source downloads for the latest version. You get it using git instead, we provide signed hashes. It's more secure that way as you can't hack the download site (git checks the downloaded code automatically).
