A Poll to gauge the various banking options in UK for buying bitcoins.

We are also accepting applications for beta testers in the UK for our buying bitcoin service allowing GBP to BTC.

If you are interested to assist, please PM or email UKbeta@bitXoin.com

Thanks for your participation.

They are all reasonably good due to the UK faster payments network, only the clydesdale seems to have delays and random arbitrary limits, SEPA transfers are also v fast when sent before 3PM. You can also do international transfers to UK accounts quite quickly if you pay a fee, or even faster if you use a service like xoom from the united states.

As for cash being deposited at a bank, again they're all roughly the same (it depends on opening hours) but these days it's much quicker just to instant transfer.

pretty sure most banks in the UK are the same these days

i'd be interested in being a part of the beta test to buy coins though :-) as long as the rate of exchange is decent Tongue

ive found that HSBC are by far the slowest and cause the most disruption with smooth transactions.

however I am very sceptical of big B, imo they will be the first to clamp down hard when it comes time for the banskters to ramp up the pressure.

would love to be part of your beta testing  Smiley

Great information many thanks for the input.

Please email to register as a beta (and yes, we will offer beta tester rates for sure!)

Just email UKbeta@bitXoin.com with subject "UK beta tester registration"

We really will only need an email to contact you, however any other information you want to provide will help.

We will be in contact within the next 2 weeks with any registrants with further information.

Thanks again!
